My latest cheap trick...
Half Price Books sells used magazines for $1, so I've been picking up not-too-old issues of Gourmet, Architectural Digest, etc for cheap easy reading and browsing material. It's a steal compared to the $4-$5 magazines go for, but of course it's a crap shoot of what issues they might have. Very soon I will be paying full price for my yearly September issue of Vogue. This year it's Kirsten Dunst on the cover as Marie Antoinette, photographed by Annie Leibovitz. I think AdAge is putting ad page count at 625.42 (the cover illustration says 754 actual pages). It should be out on Tuesday.
