Mmmm. That dinner sounds great. I'm going to have to write up my birthday dinner sometime soon.

What is it with tuna and celery? At my birthday dinner this past weekend, the chef's amuse at Craft was also tuna with microcelery.

I'm not a big brussels sprouts fan either, but whenever I get them at a fancy restaurant, I am pleasantly surprised.

If you like mushrooms, you would enjoy the mushroom menu section at Craft. I think they serve 6 different kinds, and you can get a flight of mushrooms. Seriously.
